Here are the most commonly asked questions

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends on the item and the customization involved. Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after ordering. Each item has it's estimated delivery time listed in the description.

Often items are shipped from different locations so your order may be split into multiple shipments. This means that your items may arrive on different days.

I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?

If the item hasn't been created yet, it can be changed before it's shipped. If it has been created then you will have to send the item back for an exchange.

I am not happy with my order. Can I return it?

Contact us first. You can return your item within 30 days by sending your item to:

Once we receive the item a refund can be issued.

My order came damaged, how do I get a new one?

Please send us a 2 pictures of the damaged product (one of the product and one of the damage) and we will send you a new one. Please send the images to: support@legendsgategifts.com

Do I have to pay import fees?

You will be responsible to pay any import/customs/duty fees that may arise.
